Medisurge Enterprises was formed in Sept 1988 and started its operation with distribution of blood bags manufactured by M/s Peninsula Polymers Limited for the first time in India.

It became the sole distributors of M/s TTK Pharma Ltd, who were the marketing agents for Peninsula Polymers Limited.

Within first two years of its operations Medisurge captured 95% of market share of blood bags in northern India.

Medisurge kept on expanded its operations by adding other medical equipments for sales to hospitals, blood banks, diagnostic centres, pathology labs etc.

In the year 2000, Medisurge ventured into training of people for Medical transcription, which was gaining momentum at that time and was a much sought after IT enabled service for the market of USA.

Further Medisurge started importing premium medical equipments of Welch Allyn - a leading US company.
